INTUIT / AMAZON.CA Sucks!November 20, 2008 Melanie(Canada) DO NOT BUY ANYTHING to do with INTUIT CANADA from AMAZON.CA!!!! Intuit WILL NOT honour their policies with the 60 day satisfaction policy if you purchase through this website!!! Amazon.ca only has a 30 day return policy so when you think you have 60 days to decide if you like the program - YOU DON'T. I sent mine back to INTUIT and they assured me that I would receive my refund. 4 WEEKS LATER I receive an e-mail from INTUIT stating they WILL NOT refund anything from AMAZON as it is like EBAY. They don't care who sells there products but they care on who they service. Never mind INTUITS customer care center is LITERALLY in INDIA!!! NO JOKE!! Goodluck understanding anyone you talk to. DON't buy this product - at least not from AMAZON!!!
